During the CPGDC’s annual event, we will honor organizations and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the consumer packaged goods industry. The recognition categories include:
- DEI Leadership Award: Recognizes senior leaders who have championed diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations and made a significant impact on the industry.
- Innovative DEI Initiative Award: Celebrates teams or companies that have developed and implemented innovative programs or projects that advance DEI in the CPG sector.
- Emerging Leader in CPG Diversity Award: Honors a rising professional who has shown exceptional promise in driving diversity and inclusion efforts in their organization and the broader industry.
- CPG 50: The CPG 50 honors senior leaders from the top 50 companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector who have made significant contributions toward advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. These leaders are celebrated for their efforts in creating inclusive organizational cultures and implementing impactful DEI strategies that foster innovation, collaboration, and equitable opportunities.
- CPG 100: The CPG 100 acknowledges influential executives from the top 100 companies in the CPG industry who have driven DEI initiatives, transforming their organizations into models of inclusivity. These leaders are recognized for their commitment to shaping a diverse workforce, ensuring equal opportunities, and promoting inclusive practices that resonate across all aspects of their business.
