We will offer a yearly DEI Consumer Packaged Goods Diversity  Industry Benchmark will provide a tool for companies to measure themselves on DEI-related parameters and metrics. It is based on data collected from consumer companies through a detailed questionnaire that will cover strategy, metrics, recruitment efforts, policies, success, structure, and impact assessment.

Research Requests will be available on every dimension of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and will be tailored to the member’s specific needs and requests. Research requests will have curated material on a specific topic with context and sourcing.

The Research Requests and Benchmarking Report will support the strategies, challenges and planning organizations in the consumer goods sector will face in their DEI journey.
